Labor and Birth Support
Your doula will play an integral role as an educator and support person so you and your partner can remain present and in control during the birth. I provide non-medical pain management techniques such as massage and movement, emotional clarity, and focus.
Postpartum Care
Postpartum support is a critical time to process and understand your birth while physically healing. You will be given an opportunity to receive assistance in feeding, healing, balancing newborn needs, and ensure restorative periods of rest for the birthing parent.
Birth Planning Session
A one hour session to review your ideas, curiosities, and wishes for your birth. Review of potential interventions, steps taken with baby after birth, postpartum expectations, and resource access.
